Job Summary
The Regional Wholesaler position is a home office virtual wholesaling role based in Austin, TX with key responsibility for managing a territory of producing agents, agent recruitment through fulfillment of a lead generation program(s), productivity improvement, and sales support activities including agent training, webinars, illustrations and sales concept delivery.
Essential Functions
- Builds and maintains relationships by promoting NWL products and services through outbound/inbound calls to prospective and current agents / NMOs.
- Manages territory leads through active outbound calling for recruitment of new agents
- Answers direct incoming calls from agents with special requests (ie ? wholesaler proposals, product features, product positioning, business processing, etc.)
- Present how NWL can meet the agent?s needs based on their target market/niche.
- Assist with marketing campaigns through proactive contact and relationship building with agents
- Assist in the development and management of selected territory business plans focused on recruiting top and 2nd tier producers.
- Work internally with other NWL departments to effectively issue and place life / annuity policies.
- Create sales ideas, cross selling, and communicating ideas and concepts to agents.
- Tracks all activities in Salesforce and achieves activity objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned
