Responsibilities:
1. Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and business developement
2. Manage and maintain schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
4. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
5. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
6. Assist in the preparation of financial documents, such as expense reports and budget spreadsheets.
7. Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, and organizing documents.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication within the organization.
9. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
10. Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the business.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
8. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
9. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
10. Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.42 - $24.73 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
