QUALIFICATIONS
- Five years of experience in administrative services preferred.
- Three years in senior care setting preferred.

· Thorough understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, the office equipment, record keeping systems, management information systems, and related protocols used in the organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Exceed deadline expectations. Seek feedback and approval from supervisor on a regular basis.
· Discuss, plan and negotiate internal and external administrative work for both company and managed entities.
· Develop and maintain relationships with key team members/partners, to achieve successful completion of administrative work at company and managed entities.
· Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
· Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
· Basic office management duties, including ordering supplies and ensuring a clean and organized environment.
· Serve as a support to other administrative staff in the completion of all administrative work for the company andmanaged entities.
· Maintain the organization’s administrative policies and procedures manual with assistance and approval from Operations Leaders.
· Support the organization’s compliance with applicable health, building, zoning, safety licensing and certification requirements and laws.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by leadership.

· Must be able to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
· Must be able to work from the main office.
· Must be able to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
· Must have the ability to regularly sit, occasionally required to kneel, crouch, climb and balance.
· Must occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds.
· Must be able to read, write, communicate effectively. Some math skills required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
