We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our sales team. As a Field Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the performance of our sales representatives and empowering them to positively impact the overall sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized coaching and support to sales reps, enabling them to achieve their personal quotas as well as team goals. Effective sales coaching, in line with our company values, will be key to driving growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly ride-a-longs with sales reps (minimum 4-5 weekly) to observe their performance and provide feedback.
- Complete ride-a-long scorecards and review them with sales reps, highlighting areas of improvement and reinforcing successful behaviors.
- Engage in role-playing activities to enhance sales reps' confidence in opening and closing sequences.
- Review sales scripting and rebuttals for accuracy, providing guidance and suggestions for improvement.
- Assist sales reps with contract knowledge and provide guidance for successful deal closures.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify individuals in need of additional training or participation in bootcamps.
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment by demonstrating a winning mentality and offering support to the sales team.
- Attend weekly meetings to contribute to coaching, training, and inspiring the sales team.
- Engage daily on sales team boards to provide encouragement, congratulations, and support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
