Duties:
- Perform data entry and file management tasks to ensure accurate and organized records
- Proofread documents and correspondence for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors
- Provide clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Manage customer interface, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Coordinate and maintain the CEO's Calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips
- Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Familiarity with SignNow to facilitate electronic document signing
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Perform personal errands as needed
- Accompany company events including some nights and weekends
Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role as a personal assistant or administrative assistant
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using phone systems, including transferring calls and taking messages
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
- Knowledge of SignNow or other electronic document signing platforms is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Canva and social media management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
