Form of workThe Executive Assistant I provides direct administrative support to the FPG VP/CMO,COO and Directors as well as, advises, assists, and represents the senior leadership on a wide range of issues and performs follow-up on his/her behalf. The Executive assistant I is also responsible for coordinating all committee meetings within First Physicians Group
Required Qualifications- Require an Associate degree or a minimum of four (4) years as an Executive Assistant at an executive level in a similar sized organization.
Preferred Qualifications- Prefer executive presence and comfort with all levels of senior management.- Prefer discretionary judgment and knowledge of hospital departments and programs, and the ability to manage sensitive and privileged information.- Prefer exceptional verbal and written communication skills.- Prefer strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet research skills, as well as, strategic calendar scheduling.- Prefer ability to produce top quality outcomes and deliverables in a high volume/fast paced environment.- Prefer the ability to prioritize multiple demands and respond in a timely manner.- Prefer the ability to be self-motivated, work independently and shift priorities with flexibility.
Work Days/Shift/Start TimeMust be flexible to attend early morning and early evening scheduled meetings as required
