Executive Administrative Assistant - HCC
JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide technical and administrative support to Houston Contracting Company Executive Management and Project support. This position will work remotely until our Anchorage business office reopens, then the position will work in the office. Successful candidates must have excellent customer service and be outcome oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment where strong attention to detail is essential.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Submit crew dispatches
- Maintain dispatch and travel logs
- Maintain Leave logs and requests
- Coordinate flights and communications to new employees
- Commercial flights
- Shared Services/ iLogistics
- Book hotels and transportation for new employees, staff, and management as necessary
- Support HCC Executive Leadership with meeting scheduling and coordination
- Support HCC Executive Leadership with P-Card coding and submittals, and various communications within the organization
- Inventory and maintain adequate office supplies
- Retrieve mail from 7th floor and distribute to HCC mail slots
- Provide administrative assistance to other HCC and AES departments as needed
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 4 or more years senior level administrative experience
- Intermediate Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (Candidates will be tested)
- Valid Driver's License

WORKING ON THE NORTH SLOPE
While working on the North Slope of Alaska, your lodging and food will be provided to you. All camps provide warm meals and options to grab a quick lunch or snack from the spike rooms. Rooms vary from single status to shared rooms where your roommate may work the opposite shift. Wi-Fi and Internet is free and available within the camp. Services vary depending upon where you are staying; however, most facilities offer housekeeping, self-serve laundry, commissary, mail, gyms, TV/Theater Room, etc. Each facility will have their own accommodations and policies that will be reviewed upon on-site orientation.
