Executive Assistant – Schaumburg, IL
$90,000-$130,000/Annually depending on experience!

We are actively looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support our company’s highest-ranking executive, our CEO. In this role, you will be the CEO’s right hand. You will be tasked with full responsibility for scheduling and managing calendars and affairs - both personal and professional - in addition to various other crucial business needs as outlined below.
Executive Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain contact list, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements both domestic and international such that professional appointments do not conflict
- Create itineraries for business trips encompassing all aspects of accommodation, meals, venues, etc.
- Manage incoming and outgoing electronic communication on behalf of CEO and other executives
- Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; handle outgoing mail as necessary
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and followed through on issues in a timely manner
- Follow up on various activities to ensure closure, completion and deadlines are met; may include daily reports, status updates, meeting follow-up, requests for information, projects, programs, events, etc.
- Possess exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities; proactive with an above and beyond attitude; dedication to the service and success of the principals
- Prepare memos, letters, reports and other documents using Microsoft software packages
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Executive Assistant Requirements:
- 1-2 years in an administrative role, experience supporting a C-level executive preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail oriented with meticulous organization, task management and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team in an office setting
