- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain proper recordkeeping.
- Support the agency's marketing efforts by assisting with event planning and promotional activities.
- Perform general office administrative tasks, such as filing, ordering supplies, and maintaining office cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
