Globe Life Life is seeking an experienced professional to join their team in the Sales department as an Executive Assistant supporting our corporate office in McKinney, TX.
Job Summary
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President of Field Operations who is responsible for organizing sales strategies, analyzing data to drive company growth, and foster additional opportunities. This role will focus on preparation of several key company reports, manage executive scheduling and travel, and support communication throughout the company. This role serves as the heart of the analytic engine used to drive the company, ensuring key performance metrics are effectively and efficiently delivered. In addition, this role supports organization and communication of the corporate team. The role must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including members of the Senior Management Team and Sales Directors Team.
This position will include a variety of duties to support the sales and marketing efforts.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, e-mails and inquiries sent to Senior Management.
- Research and gather data for sales and recruiting reports.
- Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets for various projects.
- Provide general assistance and support to Branch Management, Directors and Senior Management.
- Assist with the development of Branch correspondence and seminar materials
- Provide support and general assistance to the SVP
- Provide support and general assistance to Agency Owners, Directors, and other Senior Leadership.
- Plan and support the execution of Leadership Academies, Agency Owner Meetings, Council Meetings, and Conventions.
- Answer calls, emails, and inquiries sent to Senior Leadership.
- Develop and maintain data reporting within a variety of platforms to assist sales leadership.
- Assist with expense reporting for Senior Leadership
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills

- Excellent computer and data software skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Concur, and Mainframe.

- Ability to travel to various events as needed.
- Strong technical, analytical and communication skills.
- Insurance industry experience in life and health a plus.
- Understanding of Branch Office operations and Branch Office compensation a plus.
Required Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3- 5 yrs. experience
- Advanced level Excel training
- Associate or Bachelor degree a plus
- 5 – 10 yrs. Experience a plus
