```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in various office software applications, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
```Duties:```
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with managing office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain confidential files and records
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
```Experience:```
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Outlook Calendar or similar scheduling software
- Experience managing front desk operations is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and knowledge of phone systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
