Duties
- Oversee and manage all scheduling and calendar management for the Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Plant Manager, and Executive Team
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Plant Manager
- Coordinate with global partners to organize international travel
- Coordinate on and offsite meetings for both internal and external customers
- Process expense reporting for the Chief Executive Officer
- Provide administrative assistance to all departments within the company
- Special projects assigned by the Chief Executive Officer, Deputy Plant Manager or other Executive Team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential material and situations
- Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Attention to detail and proactive with analytical and communication skills
