Responsibilities (Tasks associated with this role)
- Complex calendar management including scheduling meetings, appointments, staff work schedules, and occasional travel for offsite events
- Provide administrative support to the team and management.
- Must have experience with social media platforms
- Must have experience using MailChimp and/or can learn within 30 days how to use this software for targeting and email/sms campaigns.
- Understand all key dates, commitments, and complexities of the company's calendar. Properly maintain all party and event schedules to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Plan flow of events and ensure staff receive their personal assignments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Wardrobe organization and selection for events, photo shoots, and content creation videos.
- Communicate specifics of parties to each department to ensure proper planning and flow.
- Communicate internally and externally on behalf of the company - must have the ability to relay the company's vision and mission with all correspondence.
- Personal and professional task management - to include items such as research, light errands, shopping, purchasing gifts, etc.
- Provide support during live events, including scheduling and creating events online and in-person and support throughout.
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining office equipment.
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Self-driven and proactive nature
- Familiarity with email, internet, Apple OS, Google Apps
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
- Passion for exceptional customer service 2 (minimum) years of Customer Service experience
Metrics
- Maintain an organized calendar, with no overlap in meetings or appointments.
- Completed tasks and projects with a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Ensure all email inquiries are responded to by the end of the day each day and checked 3 times (morning, afternoon, evening) throughout the day.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
