**Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Interaction:** Welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner, assisting during fittings and product selection.
2. **Appointment Scheduling:** Manage the clothiers calendar efficiently, scheduling client appointments and ensuring optimal use of their time.
3. **Order Processing:** Handle order processing tasks, including placing orders with suppliers, tracking shipments, and managing inventory levels.
4. **Administrative Support:** Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining client records.
5. **Showroom Maintenance:** Keep the showroom organized and visually appealing, ensuring that all merchandise is neatly displayed and readily accessible.
6. **Quality Assurance:** Inspect merchandise for quality and accuracy, ensuring that all products meet our standards before they are presented to clients.
7. **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient operation of the shop.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in retail or customer service roles, preferably within the clothing industry but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including email and calendar management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for style and an understanding of haberdashery products and services.
