Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO of The Asa Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and providing general support to ensure the smooth operation of the CEO’s office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic real estate team and contribute to the success of a thriving real estate agency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the CEO and the team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
