We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of tasks and support our company in many areas. In addition to supporting the CEO, the ideal candidate will support in Customer Service.
To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, strong interpersonal skills and be able to act without guidance.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and some external partners in various capacities
- Manage information flow both internally and externally in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage CEO’s calendar, limited travel and other administrative support.
- Be involved with and coordinate various weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports as needed.
- Organize and maintain Office Management duties as needed
- Support and assist the Customer Service Team, key accounts, and key personnel as needed
Requirements and skills
- MUST have Work experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize.
- Must be a self-starter, driven and dependable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
