Founded and operated by experienced fundraisers and passionate sales leaders, we are a rapidly expanding fundraising organization committed to bringing a personalized experience to our 501c-3 clients’ outreach initiatives. Our promotional fundraising events aim to raise awareness and funding for our non-profit partner's community initiatives and outreach programs. We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Event Marketing Assistant to join our Nashville-based team.
As the Event Marketing Assistant, you will assist the Executive Fundraising team with all community-based outreach and fundraising initiatives. The Event Marketing Assistant will be responsible for executing face-to-face fundraising events and participating in informative conversations with community members about how their donation will help provide life-changing programs for the local community.
Event Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assisting with organizing and tracking each event, from implementation to completion
- Effectively engaging with potential donors on behalf of our partners
- Effectively tracking donations to ensure fundraising goals are met, state compliance requirements are followed, and ensuring donor security
- Manage inventory on an as-needed basis
- Participate in continued education and training opportunities

Event Marketing Assistant Qualifications:
- No experience required
- Must be able to commute to our office and travel locally to events
- Must be able to work full-time hours (including some evenings and weekends)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be comfortable speaking in front of large and small groups
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

Pay: From $600.00 per week

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
