JOB DESCRIPTION: Medical Center in Alaska is seeking a BC/BE Cardiologist to join an affiliated practice group! Competitive recruitment package included. Inpatient and Outpatient Mix Quick Ramp Up Period with Hospital Support and Marketing Efforts Shared Call Open to New Graduates or Experienced Physicians HOSPITAL: This hospital opened in 2006, replacing the original that opened its doors in the 1930s. The new hospital is a state-of-the-art acute care hospital with an ICU, Emergency Department, birthing center, cardiac cath lab, well-equipped and fully digital OR with 4 rooms including daVinci and Hana modalities, an outpatient surgery center, and three outpatient centers. The medical center has about 100 physicians on active medical staff and a total medical staff of almost 200 physicians. We have a robust Hospitalist and an Intensivist program. COMMUNITY: The area is a suburban community and is the fastest growing one in the state.
