The Passaic County Division of Economic Development has an exciting opportunity for a full time Executive Assistant. The position reports directly to the Director of Economic Development. The County is looking for an individual with strong organizational skills and communication skills which includes working with the public and all levels of government entities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Researching economic development, real estate, etc. trends and information
- Creating social media and email marketing materials
- Producing budget reports and paying invoices
- Providing Staff support at seminars, workshops, job fairs, and the annual Passaic County Film Festival
- Representing the Director at meetings The position requires a working knowledge of budgeting software, social media platforms, and email marketing including creating graphics.
- Bilingual skills and knowledge of the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program are a plus.
Education : Bachelors Degree.
Experience: 2 - 5 years.
License: Valid New Jersey Driver's License.
