Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to up to eight company executives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient, sound, and strategic operations of The Williams Family of Companies. The ideal candidate will be proficient in coordinating daily activities, managing priorities, and executing tasks with precision. With a keen understanding of our businesses and objectives, the Executive Assistant will play a key role in driving our goals forward.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to up to eight company executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests, inquiries, and tasks, exercising sound judgment in decision-making.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effective communication channels.
- Assist in special projects, initiatives, and strategic planning efforts as directed by executives.
- Uphold and promote the values and culture of The Williams Family of Companies, embodying the TEAM Williams PLAYBOOK in all aspects of work.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting multiple executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Adaptability and resilience in handling changing priorities and unexpected challenges.
- Knowledge or experience in the retail, automotive, or oil industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
