Manage the day-to-day operations for your executive(s):
- Calendar management - organization and proficient management of competing priorities
- Assist management with meeting prep - agendas/pre-reads, interviews, briefings and customer meetings
- Support executives with event organization, travel arrangements and other duties as assigned
- Guide managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Provide backup support for other R&D Executive Assistants
- Assist with the planning and execution of team events, offsites, site/org programs and special events (onsite & offsite)
- In office support
- Passionate about making meaningful connections!
- Work with the Site Lead, Site PM and R&D executives to scale the Seattle and Bellevue sites
