The Executive Administrative Assistant position requires a highly motivated self-starter who can anticipate needs & take initiative to solve problems independently. This role is to provide excellent, comprehensive administrative and operational support to VP and staff.
In addition to being organized and analytical, you have the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people across multiple job functions and levels. You love what you do and have the desire to be a phenomenal teammate in an amazing organization. Ideally, you have significant experience in assisting executives in your current or past positions. We need a colleague who is resourceful, creative and solution oriented in ambiguous situations.
Key Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years administrative experience, 4 years supporting Director-level or higher is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
Ability to display a high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with people at all levels is imperative.
Ability to utilize tact, diplomacy, discretion and good judgement at all times, but especially when exposed to sensitive or confidential material.
Well organized, detail oriented and have strong time-management skills.
Enjoys challenging calendar management tasks while prioritizing many competing requests with minimal guidance.
Accustomed to problem-solving issues in a timely manner and proactively communicating decisions to appropriate individuals.
Interest and creativity in building team culture and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Interest in learning and growing with the team and ability to proactively look for ways to help the team to function more smoothly
Proficiency with Apple Calendar, Apple Mail, Apple Keynote, Quip, Slack, and other office systems and tools are a plus

Challenging calendar management, organizing in person and virtual meetings while actively utilizing your keen problem solving abilities as challenges arise. You will coordinate regularly with other Executives' schedules across Apple as well as many cross-functional teams to aid in scheduling.
Scheduling both domestic and international travel and processing expense reports.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills and strong sense of professionalism.
Demonstrates an ability to anticipate needs and changes, then react with the best interest of the business in mind.
Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion and upmost secrecy.

Experience on-boarding new employees and training new team members.
Experience planning, managing, and executing events.
Executive support (arranging travel and submitting expense reports).
Manage all facility related requests, working cross functionally with the Facilities team and building representative.
Serve as the "go to" individual for all org employees and contractors, as well as a resource for all new hires.
Support on-site meetings and events, including room reservations and catering.
Process and manage purchase orders and corporate card purchases.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience
