Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full-time an Executive Administrative Assistant located at MacDill Air Force Base (AFB), FL in support of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics' (AT&L) Program Executive Office for Tactical Information Systems (PEO-TIS). PEO-TIS is composed of a team of relentless acquisition professionals who consistently team with government and industry partners to rapidly develop and field state-of-the-art sensors, C2, and specialized communication systems that enable the Nation’s SOF Warfighters to win

Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform all office administrative duties at the O-6/GS-15 level, including travel, calendar, meetings, phone calls, correspondence, and office supplies
  • Manage PEO-TIS email with PEO-level messaging, as required
  • Coordinate and schedule internal/external meetings, conference calls, video teleconferences, and events
  • Manage travel, prepare travel itineraries, and provide meeting agendas, as required
  • Employ high-level proficiency in TMT, DTS, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint to manage PEO-TIS administrative activities
  • Plan and coordinate administrative functions and provide information, assistance, and advice regarding official PEO-TIS functions
  • Act as interface for high-level military and governmental visits/matters regarding programs under congressional oversight
  • Conduct data calls and execute workflow tasks in enterprise systems
  • Coordinate setup and execution of video teleconference (VTC) meetings in both open and secure environments
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:

        • Must be a US Citizen 
        • Security Clearance Required: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
        • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of Executive Administrative experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience
        • Ability to manage office operations effectively using a variety of automation platforms
        • Ability to perform as part of a diverse team
        • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office Suite
        • Experience working with executive-level internal and external stakeholder organizations
        • Functional experience as a files and record management specialist at the executive level
        • Experience in written and verbal protocol at the senior executive level
        • Independent working level knowledge of Forms 14, Defense Travel System (DTS), Task Management Tool (TMT), SharePoint Portal, VTC procedures, and Meeting Scheduler
