SUMMARY:
Provide administrative support and assistance to President & CEO and executive staff. This is an onsite position, 32-40 hours a week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications for the President & CEO.
- Answer and manage incoming calls to the President & CEO.
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors.
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
- Interact with external clients.
- Coordinate project-based work.
- Other miscellaneous duties as required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- At least 5 years experience providing support at a high level.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to move throughout the shop floor.
- Must be able to stand or sit for a long period of time.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
While on the shop floor, must wear safety glasses.
