This is a single provider adult neurology practice in Estero, FL. We are seeking someone who will take initiative, is a self starter, and who works well with others to join our team.

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Back Office/ Patient Intake. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our office. This position requires strong communication and people skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Uniforms provided! Please note, health insurance is NOT provided.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, faxing, scanning, and record keeping

- Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Interact with patients and collect information

- Limited supply management

- Provide support to the front office staff as needed

Skills:

- Office or Medical office experience preferred, but not required

- Electronic Medical Record experience a plus

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
