PART-TIME REMOTE ESTATE PLANNING/TRUST ADMINISTRATION LEGAL ASSISTANT NEEDED (15 + hours/week)
Estate Planning/Trust Administration Legal Assistant needed to support a busy law practice in San Francisco. The focus of the firm is to develop and maintain long-term client partnerships through the creation of an exceptional client experience. Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience with all aspects of Estate Trust Administration including the following:
Experience and Hard Skills (MUST HAVE):
- 3+ years of experience working with Estate Planning and Trust Administration
- 3+ years of experience with E-filing
- 3+ years of experience working in Law-based CRM (preferably Clio)
- Solid background managing caseload
Soft Skills:
- Independent worker with a strong background with multitasking;
- Skilled and candid communicator with excellent attention to the details;
- Proactivity and reliability are your forté and you are proud of it;
- (You are) not afraid to ask questions in ANY and all gray areas;
- Ability to be flexible and work with shifting priorities.
Technology:
- PC required;
- Experienced user of Clio
- Experienced user of Dropbox
- Experience working in Gmail

Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
