Escrow Officer

First Source Title Agency, Inc. is a national title agency that has been servicing the title industry for the last 18 years. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of professional service as well as having the knowledge and expertise of all facets of the title and escrow process. The candidate must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team while delivering superior customer service.

Duties & Responsibilites

• Follows company standards and practices when processing transactions, as well as applicable state laws and guidelines
• Returns all calls, voicemails, and emails in a timely manner
• Manages an overview of all escrow files
• Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
• Communicate with lenders, buyers, sellers, attorneys, realtors and others on a daily basis.
• Prepare CD’s and HUD’s and all necessary closing documents.
• Ability to understand purchase agreement contracts
• Coordinates the closing between departments for a seamless closing and funding
• Work with our curative team to help clear curative issues.
• Establish a successful working relationship with our Sales Team to increase our customer base
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Adheres to company policies and guidelines
