Experienced Position: Full-time Real Estate Title Processor and Escrow Officer in the established firm of Freeman & Bracey, PLC in Goodlettsville, TN. We are seeking a personable individual to fill this position. This individual will work primarily as a Real Estate Title Processor and Escrow Officer. Prior experience in this area is required.
We will rely on this individual to process a real estate Closing file start to finish. These duties will include but are not limited to: communicating with clients, real estate agents, and lenders in scheduling closings, file management, collecting all necessary data for Closing, working with the attorneys to satisfy title requirements, preparing and balancing ALTA/CD, working directly with Escrow, final file management to include final policy retrieval and issuance. Experience with Qualia closing software preferred.
It is important this individual possess strong communication skills and is personable in order to coordinate with various parties and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents and lenders. This individual must be self-motivating, have a positive outlook, self-starter, attention to detail and accuracy, and willingness to be a team player and help others when needed.
