Escrow Officer – Title Insurance

Responsibilities include:
- Enter purchase orders
- Communicate with customers about the details of the transaction
- Review and clear title related issues
- Determine requirements needed to get to closing
- Schedule closings and coordinate with notary signing agent
- Complete real estate related calculations for settlement
- Review lender instructions and complete CD to lender approval
- Communicate with lenders before, during and after funding, as necessary
- Prepare transaction documents required for closing
- Coordinate all documents with notary signing agents for closings
- Provide customer support as needed
- Communicate with vendors, exam, post closing as needed
Qualifications:
- A minimum of as a full time Escrow Officer or Processor in the State of Michigan
- Must love taking care of the customer and working hard to accomplish their goals

Pay: $52,337.00 - $55,601.00 per year
