Entry Level Office Assistant

We are looking for an Entry Level Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing incoming calls and emails, and assisting with other office tasks as needed. Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls.
• Assist with data entry tasks.
• Assist with filing and organizing documents.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Amada Senior Care has over 100 locations throughout the United States and we are expanding in Mobile and Baldwin County.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• Monday to Friday
