Office Operations Assistant

We are currently seeking a part time Administrative Assistant for our main office in Mobile, Alabama. We are looking for someone who is motivated, punctual, positive, organized, detail oriented and has excellent communication skills. Qualified candidate must have the ability to work well with others. You should be self motivated, able to work without direct supervision and complete assignments in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

· Provide quality service to walk-in customers and on the phone

· Fax, copy and scan paperwork

· Organizing and maintaining records kept on site

· Perform general housekeeping duties and maintain an inventory of supplies

· Prepare various reports for management and maintain required forms and logs

· Filing paperwork

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

· Ability to learn property management software

· Interpersonal communication

· Organizational skills

· Ability to multitask

· General knowledge of Real Estate & Fair Housing Laws

Background Screening and Drug Test Required

Hours per week:

• 20-29

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
• Day shift

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
