Aspect Real Estate Partners is where you can leverage your communication and business development skills to succeed as a Commercial Real Estate Associate or broker. We’re active in investment and leasing brokerage activities representing office, retail and industrial transactions.
You’ll be working day-to-day with our senior partners who will provide experienced guidance, training and introductions to assist with generating new business leads. You’ll become part of a team of experienced brokers whose knowledge and strategies will help you win clients and close deals!
Compensation is commission based. This is a sales position. Your typical day involves researching available properties for lease or sale, emailing prospective clients, emailing broker representatives, meeting/emailing property owners, meeting/calling existing and potential clients, and building your personal brand. We have excellent resources and support staff to enable all of these efforts.

Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for current and potential tenants looking to renew or relocate their business lease or purchase facilities
- Provide support for Senior Tenant Representatives and Managing Director Broker Representatives in negotiating and closing deals
- Marketing and presenting exclusive listings to qualified tenants and negotiating offers
- Advising current and potential clients on their Commercial Real Estate investment strategies.
- Documentation compliance
Requirements:
- Must have current (unexpired) CA Real Estate license
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Well-developed communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset – ability to work hard to grow your clientele
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
- New business development (cold-calling) is necessary for success! Attend networking events, participate in a variety of lead generation that include traditional and out-of-the box thinking to increase leads and profits
