Job Description
We are seeking an Entry Level Administrative Clerk to become an integral part of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound phone calls and assisting with inquiries
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails from customers
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards including spreadsheets and databases.
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of office management and administrative procedures preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and accounting software
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
