We have a morning shift from 8am-1 pm and afternoon shift 1pm-5pm.
We have 2 openings available: a 2, 3, or 4 day work week with either a morning or afternoon shift.

Year-Round Position Only (not just a school semester position.) We're growing again and need a new team member! We're looking for a fast-paced individual who loves knowing they make a difference in the place they work and loves small businesses. An individual looking to grow with a business! At Circle & Square Decor, we create custom family calendars & other decor.
This isn't a customer-facing position nor an over-the-phone position - we're an online only business :) We need a hard working, dedicated person who is excited to work along side us.
Saturday hours are available during our busy seasons (Fall/Winter).
Snacks and stocked lunchroom are provided every day. Opportunity to go full-time in the future as we continue to grow, as well as leadership opportunities.
You'll be a good fit for our Team if:
- You're a computer savvy person (savvy as in, good at figuring out how to navigate a website well and good at figuring out/catching on to learning new programs)
- Quick Keyboard Typer

- Good communicator and conflict resolution skills
- Good at asking questions when instructions/specifications are not clear.

Main Responsibilities
- Take care of our customers via email and chat by providing excellent quality and fast service. Duties include: answering product questions, and helping someone with their custom project (custom work is our specialty).
- Answer customer questions on our social media platforms
- Communicate with warehouse team on late or orders with changes.
- Commit to a shift and arrive on time.
Additional Responsibilities
- Flexible to do other tasks if needed to keep everything running smooth. We're all a team and help each other out in getting things done! Whether that be helping organize supplies, create shipping labels, fulfill physical orders, etc.
Position Qualifications
- Hard worker and flexibility in roles (we are still a growing startup business, so sometimes we'll need to work as a team to assemble products instead of design or answer emails, etc)
- Must be able to read and comprehend English instructions on orders.
- Must be able to communicate and work well with team.
- Must have a natural inclination with using computers.
- Must have great attention to detail, even with repetitive processes.
- Must be able to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to work under deadlines and quotas.
- Pay is DOE. Experience is preferred but not required!

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
