Essential Functions
- Manage reports and communicate status as per the customer needs:
- Customer Meetings: As per the customers need. Includes Conference Calls, Onsite meetings, and Offsite Meetings.
- Emails: Answer emails in a timely manner. Solve the problems.
- CSTOPs: Weekly
- Reconcile: Bi-weekly
- MTI Reports: Weekly (Want vs. Ship Report, Scrap Report, WIP Excess Report, Non-Support Shortage Report, Tools Customer TLSCUS)
- Past Dues: Monthly
- Gray Orders: Monthly
- Contesting Late Deliveries: As per the customers need
- Manage Score Cards: As per the customers need
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Good negotiation skills to work with different departments and customers
- Ability to coordinate with a small group of coworkers
- Positive attitude even under stressful situations
- Strong computer skills necessary; including familiarity with Excel and Power Bi
- Ability to navigate MRP systems (such as Visual)
- Working knowledge of customer specifications and requirements
- Working knowledge of ALIGN's traveler (router, bill of materials, etc.)
- Mastery of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions)
- Working knowledge of Employee Handbook
Work Schedule:
- Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Occasional Saturday's
- Overtime options as work demands
