Responsibilities | Customer Service Representative
- · Take inbound and outbound calls from members of our clients’ gyms
- · Respond to customer questions in accurate and timely manner following established policies
· Explain options regarding upgrading, downgrading, or cancelling memberships
· Update billing and personal information per customer request
· Document customer interaction with our in-house software
Qualifications | Customer Service Representative
· Must commit to 20- to 40-hour set schedule (Monday through Friday)
· Positive attitude and excellent verbal communication skills
· Team player with willingness to learn and grow
· Basic computer and typing skills
· 1+ year experience in call center Customer Service environment (preferred)
