Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Email Analytics strategy that aligns with overall marketing objectives and business goals. Drive the adoption of advanced analytics technologies and tools.
- Work closely with data engineers to ensure the availability, quality, and accessibility of data required for Email Analytics. Develop and maintain data pipelines, governance and ETL processes in Marketing Cloud and Snowflake using SQL.
- Oversee the monitoring, evaluation, and analysis of email marketing campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, revenue generated, and more. Extract actionable insights from complex email data sets.
- Drive A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to optimize email content, subject lines, send times, and other key elements. Implement advanced testing methodologies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sophisticated targeted email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and preferences. Implement advanced segmentation strategies.
- Provide senior Marketing leadership and other key stakeholders with reporting and insights. Communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely, distilling into easy to understand documents and presentations.
Skills:
- SQL skills, data engineering, looking at the backend data sets that are feeding their tableau dashboards
- Able to solve for SQL queries and logic
- Programming background
- Building dashboards in Tableau
- Past experience with Analytics work, SQL and tables in Snowflake
- Building data schemas in Snowflake
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in email/growth marketing analytics with a strong technical focus.
- Expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling and data engineering.
- Expertise in SQL required; proficiency in other programming languages such as Python, BigQuery,
- Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar.
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Familiarity with other digital analytics, web analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics.
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
