Senior Data Science & Analytics Manager

Summary of Job Description:
The Senior Data Science & Analytics Manager partners with the Digital Business team to drive data-driven decision making and optimize customer journeys across the organization. This position is responsible for tracking ecommerce metrics and performing complex analyses to uncover insights that help optimize the digital path to purchase. The Senior Data Science & Analytics Manager builds a best-in-class digital analytics and reporting program that monitors performance and drives visibility of key KPIs across the company.
You'll get a chance to:

• Establish and implement a comprehensive Data Science and analytics roadmap, identifying key metrics and KPIs for digital channels, customer behavior analysis, and business performance evaluation.
• Utilize advanced analytics methodologies to analyze complex data sets, extract meaningful insights, and drive data-informed decision making across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to conduct data analyses and identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and revenue optimization for all digital commerce channels, including website, email/push, and mobile apps
• Provide recurring reporting and actionable insights and recommendations about the digital business performance to stakeholders across the organization.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of data analytics tools and platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility. Partners with the IS team to ensure alignment with broader PRG data strategy goals.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Data Science and analytics and continuously enhances Panda's Data Science and analytics program to ensure best-in-class performance.

Qualifications:
Your background and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science); Master's degree or higher preferred in a quantitative field
• Minimum seven years of experience in digital analytics or similar field, preferably in an ecommerce environment, with increasing management responsibility
• Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning techniques highly desired
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
