Job Title: Sr. Manager of Finance and Analytics
Compensation: $145,000 - $165,000 annual salary with bonus potential
Location: Corporate Office - Arcadia, California - Hybrid, coming in 2x per week

About the Role:Leverage data to provide insights into business performance and suggest areas and methods for improving operations. Produce findings for application by the broader business, including for use in strategic decision-making and planning. Implement analytical approaches and methodologies and assist in the interpretation of results. Perform a wide range of analyses such as looking at competitive trends, pricing, cash flow, and capital additions. Develop annual and 3-year budgets. Provide recommendations for pricing decisions. Assist members of the Executive Leadership Team in building reporting of key KPIs for their departments. This is a highly analytical position that combines a thorough knowledge of accounting, finance, statistics, and Information systems with a strong business sense.

Data and Analytics Strategy
Create and execute a long-term strategy for leveraging data and Analytics as a key business enabler and competitive differentiator across the business.
Data ManagementTake responsibility for developing and delivering a key element of the organization's data management system.
Data ExplorationLead the performance and integration of highly sophisticated analytics to promote understanding of different business areas or critical business challenges/opportunities.
Insights and ReportingEstablish business-critical strategies to create, present, and communicate high-impact data and Analytics insights and recommendations to critical internal and external stakeholders.
Business Requirements IdentificationElicit the most complex business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.
Data ArchitectureDesign, implement, and evolve robust and effectively aligned architecture solutions that operate in the business ecosystem.
Performance Improvement through Business IntelligenceCreate complex algorithms that identify patterns in structured data through supervised and unsupervised data. Manage data preparation in collaboration with different stakeholders and internal clients in the business.
Financial ModelingApplies expertise to act as the organizational authority on developing financial and economic models for planning and monitoring purposes.
Budgeting
Develop and/or deliver budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues.
Horizon ScanningIdentify new external developments and/or emerging issues within an area of technology or business function and evaluate their potential impact on or usefulness to the organization.
Information and Business AdviceProvide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving complex or contentious queries and issues, and enabling others to take appropriate actions.
Recommendations
Recommend changes to policies, processes, standards, and practices that would improve operational support.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degrees in an analytical discipline such as Economics, Mathematics, or FinanceTraining/Certification in a Data Science/Data Analytics program preferred
- 10 Years of Finance/Accounting/Analytics experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and working with large data models
- Minimum of 3 years managing Financial/Data/Business Analysts
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
- Ability to prioritize and plan effectively
- Positive energy, servant leadership attitude
- Computer knowledge required (Google Suite)
