TDEC, a nationally recognized Business Processing Organization (BPO), seeks a Project Manager to support our client in Austin, Texas.
Duties
The Electronic Records Manager will manage staff performing DRR, ensure DRR is performed according to Contractor and Agency standards, review all electronic record submissions to ensure each record submitted follows the coding per the coding index guidelines.
Qualifications
- Two (2) years supervisory experience or three (3) years’ experience in imaging records from paper to Electronic Records. This experience should include both hands-on work as well as supervision and oversight of the imaging process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access; experience in quality assurance and quality control of images to ensure accurate and precise duplication of records; knowledge and familiarity with the Electronic Records management tools, and coding conventions.
