Title:
Manager, Content Records Management (CRM)Global / Americas Records Management Personnel (Sr. Manager)
- Provide Records Management support to KBR as a company and direct staff to support activities and initiatives.
- Setup Global Policy for Records Management and supports strategic direction for management of physical and electronic records for KBR.
- Maintain relationships with Legal, Tax, HSE, Human Resources, IT, and Operating Business Units to provide Records Management support as necessary.
- Participate in initiatives and projects that will help support the company policies.
- Administration of the Master Service Agreement with Corporate Procurement.
- Administration of the global budgets and timekeeping for the records department
- Administration of local agreements with Corporate Procurement
- Demonstrates knowledge in the areas of information architecture, project controls, software applications, and integration across systems.
EMEA Records Management Personnel (Principal + 1 Support)
- Provide Records Management support to the EMEA office including but not limited to
- Search and retrieval, secure records, dispose of records and provide support to business units and projects.
- Administration of local agreements with Corporate Procurement
APAC Records Management Personnel (Principal)
- Provide Records Management support to the APAC office including but not limited to
- Search and retrieval, secure records, dispose of records and provide support to business units and projects.
- Administration of local agreements with Corporate Procurement
Legal Support – Americas (Principal + 1 support)
- Assistance to legal providing information from the record system in support in the administration of more than 80 legal holds.
- Help business units and projects with the provision of secure shred bins.
- Provide support to projects with the facilitation of access to electronic repositories.
Scanning (4 + Lead)
- Data Entry, remove obstacles, use high speed scanners, and provide quality assurance in the conversion of paper records to digital format with PDFs.
Information Management Support (Principal + 2 support)
- Create and maintain CRM applications, tools, and systems that help achieve objectives.
- Maintain relationships with IT to provide support to the Global Content and Records Management team.
- Provide application and systems support, personnel training, general technical support, advanced and ad-hoc queries.
