Job Responsibilities:
Efficiently process all paperwork for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Organize and schedule training sessions and certification programs for employees, maintaining up-to-date records of their participation and achievements.
Monitor and maintain records of employees' safety training and certification expiration dates, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
Collaborate with jobsite supervisors to confirm employee attendance and hours worked, to create weekly timesheet recaps and accurate field time reports.
Establish and maintain an efficient filing system to ensure quick and easy access to employee documents and information, including the distribution of relevant documents as required.
Gather all necessary forms and receipts from employees seeking reimbursements and Per Diem, ensuring all submissions comply with company policies and are processed in a timely manner.
Manage and track expenses incurred on company cards, creating detailed weekly expense reports to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Offer comprehensive support to managers on diverse projects, demonstrating flexibility and a can-do attitude.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the industrial field is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus but not required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative.
