Job Description
JOB PURPOSE: The main responsibility of the Training & Records Manager is to oversee and verify that the training for Migrant Services Programs has been completed, covering both pre-service and job-specific requirements. Beyond monitoring training elements and documentation, the Training & Records Manager will also deliver training sessions, whether in-person, live online, or through pre-recorded formats, as and when required. This position provides the adaptability needed by the Migrant Services Training Department to quickly address any emergent training demands.
