Responsibilities:
- Able to read blue prints
- Provide administrative support to project managers and team members
- Assist with project coordination and tracking progress
- Maintain accurate records
- Perform data entry and maintain project databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetings
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls
- Assist with document preparation and formatting
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an electrical office or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in computerized systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is beneficial
