SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
- Favourable technical skills, (Macro building, MS Excel or similar)
- Ability to multi-task and keep clear, accurate status reports
- Knowledge of FIX protocol is advantageous but not essential
- Relevant product experience in Listed Derivatives/ Foreign Exchange (FX)/Fixed Income is advantageous but not strictly essential
- Strong work ethic with client centric and reliable team player mindset; keen learner with flexibility to adapt and grow within the role

Responsibilities:
- Manage client orders during technical outages, checking position totals, reconciling to exchanges
- Understand Algorithmic trading functionality and strategies in order to support clients
- Develop strong relationships with our client base to ensure their requirements are met on a daily basis and for new offerings
- Monitor and manage trading flow for FIX DMA, algorithmic trading, proprietary trading applications and third party trading offerings
- Effectively manage risk to the Bank and Clients
- Help to facilitate growth of the e-business by championing high value add activities
