Summary

Cogency Global is a leader in corporate compliance is seeking a Client Service Specialist to work with our clients at Corporations, Law Firms, Lending Institutions or Small Businesses to provide legal and compliance services. Primary objectives include managing a dynamic workflow in an efficient manner, providing sustained operational excellence, meeting company goals and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining direct contact with our legal clients – processing orders, resolving any issues, communicating results.
• Carefully reviewing legal documentation – attention to detail is a must!
• Daily travel to the State department to drop off and pick up documentation
• Effectively multi-tasking a variety of tasks, projects and responsibilities.
• Additional ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills, and strong computer/research skills including proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook software
• Excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills - transmitting information both courteously and correctly is paramount.
• Must be able to multi-task effectively, work to high standards of quality and meet deadlines
• The ability to work independently and function as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
• Prior legal-exposure or Secured Transaction and Corporate knowledge, industry experience and customer service experience is preferred.

Additional Information

Job Type: Full-time; M-F Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Salary Range: $38k - $42k
