The Client Services Specialist screens and determines client eligibility for services including but not limited to, rental and utilities, etc. Assist eiligible families in finding suitable housing. Building and maintaining a network of Landlords. Perform housing inspections. Maintain communication between Agency, Landlord, and client. Develop and maintain client files along with entering them into our CRM database. Provide referrals for clients to facilitate access to services and community resources as needed. Provide on-going case management, risk assessment and safety planning with clients. Assist Administrative Director as needed. Assist in the WRC Thrift Shop as needed. Assist and participate in WRC fund raising and special events. Attend meetings as necessary at WRC and other designated areas. Complete all other duties that are assigned.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
