Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our e-commerce operations within our logistic warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce logistics, with a focus on order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping processes. This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our e-commerce strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end e-commerce operations within our logistic warehouse, including order processing, inventory control, and shipping logistics.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement replenishment strategies to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
- Oversee shipping processes and carrier relationships to ensure on-time delivery of orders while minimizing shipping costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce initiatives with overall business objectives, including marketing, sales, IT, and finance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce operations and analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing e-commerce operations, including data security and consumer protection laws.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the e-commerce logistics team, fostering innovation and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations management, preferably within a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, warehouse management systems, and logistics technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in e-commerce compliance and security.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Certification in logistics, supply chain management, or e-commerce (e.g., APICS, CSCMP, or equivalent) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
