We're looking for a proactive individual to join the E-commerce and Marketing team to work with multiple brands in the NAADAM holding company. The role will report directly to the Director of E-commerce. The E-commerce Manager will work cross-functionally and will execute and support all E-commerce & Marketing operational tasks including but not limited to online QA tracking, product setup, site merchandising, pulling data for reporting, providing brand benchmarking, assisting with site issues, and assisting with the Marketing department on brand campaign launches. This is a role that will put you at the heart of E-commerce operations for a diverse family of direct-to-consumer brands, giving you unparalleled strategic business experience in the changing E-commerce and retail landscape.
What You Can Expect
- Assist with daily quality assurance maintenance with product page set up, onsite merchandising, marketing assets, and overall site health
- Execute the end to end setup of all products for multiple sites, including but not limited to product imagery and product attributes
- Own product life cycle catalog and manage product launch calendar for e-commerce purchase orders
- Work with merchants and digital teams to strategize and influence site execution of category offers
- Work cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and brand creative teams to manage, maintain, and oversee the schedule of product launches and on-site presentation and features
- Collect product photography feedback and communicate callouts with Creative team
- Pulling site analytics data for daily/weekly tracking and reporting on key metrics
- Conduct sale analysis during peak periods and identify points of opportunity within digital marketing platforms
- Assist with user acceptance testing for digital projects, including logging and testing website bugs, issues, and feature updates
- Assist digital marketing channel owners as it relates to core business KPIs
- Work with third party developers on site enhancements and troubleshooting
- Routinely benchmark our E-commerce sites and direct-to-consumer model against competitors and other industry leaders, recommending specific action items to improve our site experiences
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of digital site merchandising and site management experience
- Shopify Plus experience, preferred
- Headless site experience, preferred
- Netsuite or relevant Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience a plus
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and a general understanding of digital KPIs and terminology
- Interest and knowledge of the online retail industry; especially apparel and sustainability
- Highly organized and proactive with strong attention to detail
- Extremely analytical, and able to make actionable recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative data
- Must be able to work autonomously
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to remain fully engaged in both a remote and office environment
- Highly adaptable in a constantly changing digital environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with experience using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFs, and additional formulas a plus
