Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bagels and bread
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a baker or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with baking equipment and tools, such as mixers, ovens, and proofing cabinets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to work collaboratively with team members
